Edward Arace: Is a Vice President of the Corporation.
Mr. Arace is the Managing Partner in an economic development firm
Arace & Company Consulting, LLC focusing on various types of
development projects. His firm is headquartered in Warwick, New York.
Allan Page: Is the CEO of the Corporation. Mr. Page is a
licensed engineer in New York State and is the Principal in the
consulting firm A. Page & Associates, LLC. The firm is
headquartered in Poughkeepsie, New York and provides management
consulting services with a focus on energy related areas.
