Upcoming Programs Planned for the Institute Events    Along with another non-for-profit the Institute is planning an event to inform the public of the efficient use and purchase of vehicles.   The event will be hosted in the Mid-Hudson Valley and will be open to the public.  Conferences    Plans are under way to hold a conference on the Current State of Renewable Energy in New York, the Nation, and around the World.  The Conference will be held in the spring of 2009 with featured speakers from around the world.  The emphasis is to try and discern the best practices for moving the use of renewable products along as quickly as feasible. The location of the event will be on a large industrial site or at one of the local colleges or universities that find their home in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
